The Organizing committee has negotiated with Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge management for a reduced fee of 85USD per night Half Board. Lunch will be provided by congress orgernizers.
Selected Hotel Accommodation in Arusha City.
There are several comfortable hotels in and around the town. Among them are:
1. Mount Meru Novotel
Situated in Arusha city.
Rate per night 110 -150 USD per night (BB).
2. Hotel 77
Just out of the city centre on Moshi Road but close to Impala Hotel
Rate per night about 25 -35 USD (BB).
3. The Arusha Hotel
It situated 0.0 Kilometers from Arusha City center, at the corner of Uhuru Road near the Clock Tower.
Room rate from 65-75 USD (BB).
4. Impala Hotel
Is situated less than 1 Km from the city center and about 27 Km from Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge. The same company that manages Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge manages Impala.
Room rate: From 76 USD per (BB).
5. Arusha Resort Centre
This is a convenient medium class Hotel situated near the clock tower, Arusha City, few meters from The Arusha Hotel.
Room rate per night is between 25 USD to 45 USD (BB).
6. Equator Hotel
Situated in the city centre near Arusha Hotel.
Room rate is 45-55 USD (BB)

There are restaurants and cafes, which are open most of the day and evenings. These include; The Re-Discovery restaurant on Goliondoi street, Spice and Herbs at Old Moshi road, Everest Chinese at Old Moshi road, Shanghai Chinese restaurant at Sokoine road, Mezza Luna at Moshi road, Ethiopian Restaurant near Impala Hotel, Amar India Tandoori vegetarian and non vegetarian at Sokoine road, Stiggy's and George's, The Patisserie and Hot Bread shop next to NBC clock tower and McMoodys at Sokoine Road.
