Development Partnerships in Higher Education (DelPHE) project is supporting a partnership between Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) and Tanzania Library Services Board (TLSB) in Tanzania, Partnerships in Health Information (PHI),  and Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) in UK. Together they work to develop a sound Health Information at MUHAS and TLSB.
