Organization structure and Departments.
The Institute research activities are managed by an Institute Board, which is composed of members from different departments within and outside the University. A Director who works closely with Coordinators of departments heads the Institute. The Institute has a management committee composed of departmental coordinators and the Director as the chairperson. • Pharmacology and Toxicology.

Departments, which are still in the making due to lack of specialized manpower and facilities, include Clinic Evaluation, Medical Anthropology and Pharmaceutical technology.
